Repair warranty
applies only to failures occurring due to parts
installed by or labor performed by T.I.E. Units
must be returned for warranty repair.
Purchase and exchange warranty
applies to entire unit. Failures within 25% of
warranty period get immediate replacement (including
freight).
25% of warranty periods are
defined as follows: motors = 90 days, new monitors
= 45 days, all other units = 30 days.
Purchased and exchanged units
past 25% of warranty period will be repaired or,
if exchange is sent, we will bill for the amount
of normal exchange and credit repair cost when
old unit is received.
New units in the field over
25% of warranty period will be replaced with refurbished
units if an exchange is required.
Warranty is void if unit is
tampered with, damaged due to physical abuse,
or damaged due to failure of other machine elements.
This warranty is in lieu of
any other express or implied warranty, and all
such express or implied warranties are disclaimed
or excluded.
